STRETCH!

Okay, so yesterday I just had to take a day and....

SSSSSSTTTTTRRRRREEEETTTTCCCCCHHHHH

You got it! Boy, that MissFit Body Boot Camp Saturday was AWESOME, but then came the pain. I did say it motivated me more when I hurt, and boy did I regret that statement. Even today, two days later, my quads hurt so bad I walked around like the toy soldiers in the Nutcracker...at attention:

I allowed others to laugh at me. I have to give it to you, not being able to bend your legs is quite hilarious. 

However much pain I was in, I was still up and going at 4:30 am this morning hitting the cardio machines. No pain, no gain right? So, I spent a full hour there, did a few ab workouts. 
Not meaning to, or not realizing the plan, my new MissFit partner, Cindy, asked/coerced/forced/suggested I meet her at the gym at 6pm. Okay, I thought, it is a class, can't be that bad...then BAM! Turbo Kick Boxing! Yep, you see that word TURBO! Actually it should have been Torture Kick Boxing! 

I have no problem putting my flab into action, but when I look in front of me and all I see is this overachiever kick boxing pro, I just want to quit. But, nope, I kept it up! Take that!


So, here I am, took my epsom salt bath, and now relaxing!

Oh, some of you have asked, so here it is...my food diary:
Water: 6 bottles (I refilled 1 Mary:))
Breakfast: Plain instant oatmeal with a dab of cinamon, 3 scrambled egg whites, 1 cup of hot black tea
Snack: Oops...I completely ran out of time~!
Lunch: Lean Cuisine (I realized today there is sooooooo much sodium in these things, gotta change it, but quick, it was okay)
Snack: Well...those almonds and protein shake are still sitting on my desk at work! YIKES!
Dinner: Spinach salad (raspberry vinaigrette, craisins, and walnuts) and a turkey burger!
I know I didn't get enough calories in today...tomorrow will be better!
