Abs are made in the kitchen

WOW! It has been two weeks since I have posted, but that is because I have been attending to my diet and workout!


Well, last Saturday we started our Body Camp Babes group officially. I weighed in at 181.2! YIKES. I still hate seeing the scale say anything near close to 180, but it was over! If there is one thing I know how to do it is : 1. Eat right, 2. work out, 3. stick to the diet! So, off we went..


This week, sticking to the diet wasn't so bad. Here is what I was given as a diet:


Meal 1: Oatmeal and 3 egg whites. (I put pepper on the eggs and scrambled them, I put cinnamon and a drop..SERIOUSLY, barely even a drop in the oatmeal)


Meal 2: A Small handful of almonds and protein shake. (I honestly took half a serving, which was 12 almonds, and half of my 50 grams of protein shake)


Meal 3: 1 chicken breast and fruit. (I bought Tyson pre cooked chicken to warm up at lunch and a serving of grapes)


Meal 4: Turkey burger and large salad (I chose spinach salad with raspberry vinaigrette and carrots. I baked the turkey burger and added a little bit of Worcestershire sauce in the cooking). 

Meal 5: Protein shake

I drank water all day long, which meant, yep, I was peeing ALLLLLLLLLLLLL day long:)

I had a challenge even getting to meal 5 each and every night because I was so tired, I would go to bed by 8 each night!
